Family & Friends Games (“FF&G,” “we,” “us”) is a private pool for family and friends. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the games, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and sign-in details, provided when you create an account.
- Profile information. Details you choose to add, such as a display name, photo, home city, time zone, and favorite teams or players.
- Mobile phone number. Only if you opt in to text message notifications.
- Game activity. Your picks, rosters, results, and pool participation, used to run the games and keep standings.
Text messaging (SMS)
We do not share your mobile phone number. Mobile numbers collected for text message notifications are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Your number is used solely to send you the game notifications you opted into.
Message frequency: You will receive up to 10 messages per month, mostly during live drafts and around pick deadlines.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also stop text messages by turning off Text message notifications on your Profile page. Reply HELP to any message for help, or see our Text Message Program.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we use your information
- To run the pools: drafts, picks, scoring, standings, and results.
- To send notifications you've opted into, by email or text message.
- To show your display name, photo, and favorites to other members of your pools.
That's it. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for the service providers required to operate the site (such as our authentication and text messaging providers), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. Your profile details are visible only to members of the pools you join.
Your choices
- Edit or remove profile details at any time on your Profile page.
- Turn email or text notifications on or off at any time.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting your commissioner.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to preserve pool history. Access to your data is limited, and we use industry-standard providers for sign-in and messaging.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and note the change on this page.
