Family & Friends Games (“FF&G,” “we,” “us”) is a private, invitation-only site for running fantasy sports pools among family and friends. By creating an account or joining a pool, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility & accounts
- Membership is by invitation from a pool commissioner. You must be at least 18 years old.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
- One account per person. Keep it friendly — this is a family game.
The games
- Pools are for entertainment among family and friends. FF&G is not a gambling service and does not process wagers, entry fees, or payouts.
- Commissioners set and enforce their pool's rules, including picks, deadlines, and scoring. Commissioner decisions are final.
- Scores and results are compiled from public sports data and may occasionally lag or contain errors; commissioners may correct results when that happens.
Text message program
If you opt in to text message notifications, we will send you automated texts about draft reminders, on-the-clock alerts, pick deadlines, and pool results.
Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or turn off Text message notifications on your Profile page. Consent to receive texts is not required to play.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number is never shared — see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access other members' accounts or data.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to harass other members.
- Trash talk is a tradition; keep it good-natured.
Content & availability
We may update, change, or take the site offline for maintenance at any time. Pool history may be archived between seasons. We provide the site “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FF&G and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site — including missed picks, scoring errors, or notification delays. Set an alarm for your draft.
Termination
We or your commissioner may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and note the change on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
